The Bell family was allegedly haunted by “The Bell Witch” in early 1900’s Tennessee. They claimed she would pull their hair, slap their face and stick pins in the daughter. It eventually began speaking out loud and would interact with visitors. She would tell them things no one else could have known about their families and imitate their voices.
