Wetumpka Man Faces Murder Charge after Shooting a 19 yr old this Morning in Elmore County

A Wetumpka man is in jail with no bond on a murder charge after the shooting death of a juvenile early this morning, according to Elmore County Sheriff Bill Franklin.
